Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders placed on a weekday by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the day of. If we are not able to fulfill this promise, then processing will continue on the next business day and the customer will be informed.
Please note that order processing can take up to 2 business days and does not include the shipping speeds chosen at checkout.
Orders are usually processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless Saturday Delivery is an option based on your chosen shipping method. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Availability:
All products list on the website have specific stock levels based on color, size, and style. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability concerns, we will inform you and issue a refund.
Customer Information:
Please note that all customers are responsible for providing the correct name and shipping address for their orders.
Once the order has shipped and/or been processed, we cannot change the customer's name or the shipping address. Any orders fulfilled with the incorrect information is the sole responsibility of the customer.
